CAMP-Inspired Accessories

A CULT roundup of our favorite camp-inspired accessories to bring a little bit of camp back home.

Go to Camp!

Especially now that it's in the heat of summer, we spend most of our days wishing we were roadtrippin'. There's something magical about camping near the California coast - the smell of the redwoods, the sound of the ocean, the feeling of the wind brushing past your tent. Although we can't take off on an endless adventure (is there wi-fi in the woods?), we've rounded up our favorite camp-inspired accessories to make us feel right at camp - even when we're at our desk. Scope our go-to goods to bring a little piece of camp back home - or bring them along on the next adventure (and take us too).

Slingshot

Because no adventure is complete without a little bit of mischief. These slingshots from Hella Slingshots are handmade in SF from forked tree branches, so no two are exactly alike. Aim carefully at bears or whiney hikers.

Hella Slingshots: $40

Weekender Bag

Pack your camp essentials in the perfect size weekend tote from Stela 9. Not only will you look good, but you'll be doing some good; a portion of Stela 9's sales go back into the local Guatemalan community where they are made.

Stela 9 Weekender: $282

Happy Camper Pullover

Protect your arms from mosquito bites and poison oak with this Happy Camper comfy pullover.

For the hardcore camper, commit to some (not so serious) ink with these camp-inspired tattoos.

Let's be real, hygiene at camp is more like an afterthought. Keep clean and bring the spirit of camp into your home with this Sage Copper Canyon bar soap from Outlaw Soaps.

The Flannel

Nothing beats a broken in flannel when you're seeking comfort on the road. Our loyalty lies to the OG of outdoor brands like LL Bean for these quality classics.

Campfire Tank

We stumbled upon Tory Savannah and Tahnee Bryn's Instagram accounts one day and found these rad tanks from her brand, Wish You Were Northwest. Iced Coffee, lakes and campfires happen to be a few of our favorite things, second only to sporting this tank on our next hike.

Wish You Were Northwest: $28

Bug Spray

Quite the easiest essential to forgot, but one of the most important, nonetheless is bug repellant. Swap the harsh chemicals and strong odors for this natural bug spray with witch hazel and essential oils.

Akima Botanicals: $10

Sunnies

Sunnies are a day hike staple, and we're obsessed with these modern aviators. The removable sunclip is ideal for prescription lenses, and is easy to pop on or off from shade to sun. The layered frames are a trendy touch for non-prescription wearers as well.

RAEN: $325

Campfire Incense

Bring the campfire inside your bedroom with these Juniper Ridge incense sticks. Made only with wildcrafted plants, tree sap, wood, and bark found hiking the backcountry, you'll feel right at camp dozing off with one of these babies burning in the background.

Juniper Ridge: $10

Whiskey Flask

What's a camping trip without some whiskey business? Stash a post-hike sip to pass around the campfire with in this little flask.

Iron & Resin: $36

Hiking Boots

Hiking boots are known to be ahem - less than chic. When style beckons, call on these Sam Edelman boots to save the day.

Urban Outfitters: $140
